The Role
You will work across a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers, acquisitions and disposals
- Investments and group restructures
- Drafting and negotiating transactional documentation
- Supporting deals from instruction through to completion
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
You’ll be given meaningful responsibility early on, with the right level of support around you.
About You
- Experience in corporate transactional work, ideally including M&A and investments
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Able to provide clear, practical and commercial advice
- Someone who values being part of a collaborative and supportive team
